Time FAQs

How do I book time-off?
  1. Book time off via the Time Off module in Hibob
  2. This includes vacation, sick and other types of leave
  3. Once the time off is approved in Hibob, it will show in AQ from the following day

When will my time-off show in AQ time?
  1. The following day

Why is my time off still not showing in AQ?
  1. If you have booked time off in Hibob retrospectively (further than one month in the past) then it will not show in AQ the next day
  2. At the end of every month AQ runs a - 3 month sweep for late time off entries. This will pick up your time off if it is within this time frame.
  3. If your time off is more than 3 months late, please raise a ticket with HR who will request a special sync from the AQ team.

How is my overtime calculated?
  1. Overtime is calculated based on your entered hours vs your target hours
  2. Users will see a summary of their overtime in the ‘Overtime Details’ section of the time page
  3. Specific locations may have special overtime rules, please speak to your HR rep if you have any questions regarding this

How do I unlock my week?
  1. Your line manager or Operations can unlock your weeks
  2. You are unable to unlock your own weeks
